According to Appendix No. 3 to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, No. 172 dd. March 19, 1994, printed publications of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return. However, books that contain printing defects (improperly printed pages, missing pages, etc.) can be guaranteed to be exchanged, or the buyer can get a refund for them, if photo evidence and detailed information about the purchase are provided.

Therefore, you can make a return within 14 days from the date of purchase or exchange the item for a similar one.
