Daryna Morhun

Graduate of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University with a degree in «Chinese Language and Literature», completed a language internship at Shanghai Jiaotong University. Winner of the second All-Ukrainian Ukrainian-Chinese Translation Competition organized by the Consulate of the PR China.

Her academic interests include Chinese travel literature, to which she dedicates her research papers and articles. She is passionate about tea culture, making it symbolic that her first translated graphic novel for a publishing house was «A Teatime Adventure». She aspires for every work of Chinese and Taiwanese literature to serve as a window into the world of Far Eastern cultures for Ukrainian readers and dreams of dedicating her professional path to this goal as a translator.

For Safran publishing house, she translates «A Teatime Adventure» from Traditional Chinese.
