Oksana Bulkevych

Illustrator and designer. Graduate of Kyiv Academy of Arts and the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. Working on projects, Oksana is always ready to expand her knowledge and plunge into the sea of visual materials. She has been interested in Japanese art and Eastern culture ever since she was a little girl.

For Safran publishing house, Oksana created the cover, the layout, and the illustrations for «The Classic of Tea». She also worked on the design of «88 Ornaments of Kimono». In addition to that, Oksana created the layouts for all the children’s books we published: «Himalayan Stories. Tales from Tibet, Bhutan, Ladakh, and Sikkim», «24 Solar Terms»; «The Monkey King», «The Lotus Lantern», «The Jinwei’s Legend», «The Lucky Purse», and «The Princess’s Messenger».
