Oleksandra Bespala

Oleksandra got her master’s degree from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University and did a fellowship at Yunnan Normal University in China. Her path to literary translation started with «Netherwarrant», a Taiwanese manhua. She is planning to make a career out of it, offering quality translations of Asian literature to the Ukrainian readers.

For Safran publishing house, she translated two volumes of «Netherwarrant», second volume of «Guardienne», two volumes of «Lion in a Manga Library» comics series from Traditional Chinese. Also translated a novel «The Ghost Town».
