Yulia Kovalchuk

PhD in philology specializing in comparative literature. She has participated in multiple language internships at universities in Seoul. Taught Korean language, translation, and literature at Kyiv National Linguistic University (2005-2010) and Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University (2010-2022). Published several articles on the issues of Korean-Ukrainian literary translation, as well as educational manuals «Country Studies: Korea», «Word Formation in the Korean Language», and «Korea in the Descriptions of Western Authors (9th – Early 20th Century)».

For Safran publishing house, she translated «Almond» from Korean.
